Just reformat it.Start with a blank canvas..so to speak.
If you've got a CD for an OS (Windows 98, or XP say) its best to boot from that and start afresh. You loose everything on the PC currently but its best to do this as most office builds aren't really setup for home use (multimedia etc).

i Do have a windows 98 disc, and i tried to install it, but it says i need to use a upgrade version (windows 95 is installed on it)
Use a windows startup diskette to format the hard drive and then you can use your win98 disc for a clean install. If you don't have a startup diskette you will need to make one on another machine. Use the disk to boot with cd support and run setup from the win98 disc. If there is no longer an operating system on the harddisk, your win98 disc will work ok.
