Tips For Living With Calcific Tendinopathy?
5 Answers
It is in my left shoulder.
I have Tramadol, but it’s bitter-sweet as they’re addictive, and have side effects.
I have reduced movement and chronic pain. Not looking for “mesical advice” as I’m currently awaiting a hospital referral for treatment.
Anyone had calficic tendinitis/tendinopathy and have some awesome tips to ease the pain etc?

My friend (rheumatoid arthritis) says anything Tramadol can do, can be treated with CBD. I'm not sure how true he is on that one as tramadol is a powerful opiate and CBD is a non psychoactive canabinoid but it must be worth a shot?
Do some research into it.
