If a toilt in a rented property stops working properly ie: stops flushig or filling up, who is responsible for fixing it?
Is it the LL or tenant?

Under tenant's responsibilities it says "Making good any damage to the property caused by the behaviour or negligence of the tenant ..."
I had a tenant who just put anything he didn't want down the loo and blocked it up. He had to pay for a plumber to come out and fix it. There was nothing wrong with it, just a stupid tenant - did it more than once.
