Toshiba Dvd Combi Dvd

Not quite 2 years old, and the DVD now won't play discs. When I put one in, it makes a fluttery sound for a while and then I get an error message on the screen. I have tried a brand new DVD cleaner and it won't play that disc either! The TV is 32" and the DVDs go into the side of the machine. Any idea if it is fixable?

Try an older dvd. One of my videos and a tv with built in dvd struggle to play some newer dvds.
