Compliment - I Think!

When you have a hospital appointment with a consultant (a neurologist) and he casually looks at his computer screen and asks you to confirm your date of birth, which I do, then he looks at screen, then at me , then at screen again and says good god you don’t look your age do you!
I’m taking this as a compliment lol.......

Well, if I was 40 and a neurologist thought I was 60, and kept looking at the screen to check that I was in fact 40, I wouldn't take it as a compliment!
