Setting Up A New Mobile

i am thinking of staying with my current mobile comp but getting a new phone, so is it easy just to transfer from one phone to another if I am staying with them, am sure I must have done this in the past but prob years ago, tia all

I know the feeling. Are you keeping the same sim?

When I changed mine, i just walked into the local Vodafone shop, they put in a new sim, same number, did something on the computer. No charge, and off I went. Had to leave it a short time to activate before I could use it.

It is pretty straightforward, but you need to bear in mind that the new phone may have a different sized SIM Card.

am sure they are the same size and I will be wanting to keep my same number as ive had it 20yrs

Hopefully when i get phone 2moro i will be sorted as i rang them and they were very helpful. I have alot more idea of what i need to do now

On my new handset I just used the Samsung 'smart switch' to transfer data over.
