Worst - investing profits from a house sale into bonds and unit trusts - pressured by my parents and portfolio put together by a family friend who worked in finance - 2 months before the October 1989 crash. I lost half of it overnight and never really got it back. Quite a regret.

god this is fantastic ! 25% interest per year
even if there is a zero awry, it aint bad ( 2.5%)

this was done to me - whilst I screamed - crap crap no one here has made a profit from the market ! -

one went on to lose ALL their money on the market and symbolically sniffs well it had to be done ......we hardly speak

yeah I havent got over the idea that property may be GOOD but property companies may be the pits - - odd that

and there are some truly truly crap banks around who cant manage your money and seem unable to manage their own .... RBS springs to mind
