hey does anyone know where i can find cool colourful flip flops, but not the ones with the thing that goes between ur toes and has 2 straps but the ones with one strap going from one side of ur foot to the other

Possibly the menswear department in a departmental store, or a shoe shop.
There are various shoe suppliers which advertise in those freebie catalogues which fall out of week-end newsppaers who allow you buy via the internet, so try Googling Mens Flip Flop shoes and see what it brings up.

Have just done a brief Google check. One site which might supply what you want, with pictures of the shoes is:

I can recommend Birkenstock sandals which are of the type you describe with the sole built up slightly under the toes and a slight inbuilt arch for comfort. . They are a little expensive but have just bought a pair of their ladies sandals which I'm currently living in.
