Is it possible to get bum implants in this country? And does Kylie have them?

It would be hard to find someone who will do bottom implants in the UK - you'd probably have to travel to Brazil where they are very popular. The reason they're not done here is that they are not seen as a safe procedure because of the risk of infection. Kylie was rumoured to have a bottom lift not an implant, and that's quite a different thing. Bottom lifts are done by many cosmetic surgeons - especially in Harley St - but they do leave scars. Kylie's shown us enough flesh to make it highly unlikely that she's any surgical work on her butt.
