They have a points system which means you are allowed a certain amount of points per day (calculated on your weight, how active your job is and your age), you can then eat whatever you like as long you stay within your points allowance and you can earn bonus points by exercising. They are currently registering free and it costs �4.95 a week.
If you stick to it it really does work. Trust me I know! I've been going for 4 months and have lost two and a half stone so far!
Its flexible and easy to follow and you get support from the other people at the group. Go to www.weightwatchers.co.uk to find out more about it but I really would recommend giving it a go.
