yes but how could he "block" it? that's just a wishful statement, yes I'd hope that the LOTO would support anti terrorist measures but what can he actually do to block it?
My feeling is that the article should be titled "Corbyn TRIES to block", or some such. In a minority government, this would certainly need DUP approval or some abstentions/rebellions to pass, so yes I don't think Corbyn can just veto anything he likes.
Unless there's some obscure Parliamentary procedure in play here (remember that MP who keeps vetoing Private Members' Bills when they apply to, say, FGM or upskirting?), I think it would just be a statement of intent.
You show your credentials well Danny. Given that you read Daily Express and Daily Mail why would anyone be surprised that your views are as they are.
