I will ignore the obvious sarcastic response as say that I remember learning that birds have cloaca (bodiliy openings) which they press together to allow the male to transfer sperm to the female. Many fish simply eject eggs into a hollow in the sea or river bed and the male swims over and sprays sperm over the top of the eggs. I know some fish give birth to live young though - not sure how that works.
i cant say i've seen fish and birds mating with each other.
