Suspect Meal Tonigh?
8 Answers
Saturday nights I always go that bit further with our dinner. We always have a starter.
Tonight I did slices of avocado, tomato and mozzarella with a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, pinch of sugar and salt and pepper.
That was very good.
Main course I decided to do a seafood platter.
We had smoked salmon, prawns, fresh crab, mussels, queenies and scallops. I made a Rose Marie sauce. Everything was ready cooked except the scallops. These I grilled with butter, lemon and balsamic glaze.
Everything tasted wonderful and we both really enjoyed the meal.
A few hours later I felt queasy, had to go to the loo three times and was also sick, felt really ill for a couple of hours.
OH felt fine, he ate the same as me but had no symptoms at all.
I feel ok now but am puzzled why I was affected and not OH.
