Ramtec Caravan Alarm System

Evening my caravan is fitted with a Ramtec alarm which is connected to my caravan park security office.
To have this system you have to subscribe now when I place the key in the box to arm it then starts to bleep and you have so many seconds to get out all so the same when you enter the caravan .
Now I don’t no if this is connected to the security office or not the fact that it’s beeping when armed does this mean it is or would it do it any way but send no signal.
Hope this makes sense to someone.

I would contact the security office, after all they are providing the monitoring service.
