Recalled with nearly 3 times the required signatures - a bye election for Peterborough.

Hope they get someone better this time.

As an aside is the current election glut of uncontested seats just my area or is it national

I was really pleased. Knowing how apathetic Peterborough voters are (I used to live there) I did wonder. Serves her right.

All seats are being contested in my area but not necessarily by all parties. (Labour, which currently has no seats on the council, isn't bothering to contest many of the wards around here):
