sqad son diagnosed with scleroderma with no known cure. His skin is leathery; not pinchable as one would for hydration monitoring. He is dependant on IVs for protein feed & blood (HIV from contaminated blood is a worry, as per news). He could only manage half a teaspoon of yogurt before he threw up sputom. Doc says (lots-a-docs from 5 hospitals) he has 5-20yrs or the body could reset itself tomorrow. From a fit 11st he is now 7st. Mentally good and positive of his care home where visitors welcome ad lib, has his van & permission to drive out during daylight after informing staff. He looks a wreck with long thin hair - he always had thick wavey hair, tho never worn long. He spends life on internet - like most of us ;) thanx for asking.
