im a really fussy eater but i want to eat healthy...anybody got any good ideas...i dont eat salad ... thanx xxx

Lots of fish and steamed veg. Baked trout is heavenly. Grilled steak or chicken (skin & fat removed). Pasta salads are really tastey too. I make a great one with sauteed leeks, red peppers, spring onions and green beans, with a little mayo stirred through. Mmmm....
Try to steer clear of processed foods as much as possible, they`ve got all sorts of hidden ingredients that are best avoided. Cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients is the way to go.
You don't really say what you don't like to eat.

Maybe if you gave us an idea, then we could help you a bit more...
Way to go Snowy Owl. He/she hit the target bang on. Cooking with fresh ingredients doesn't take much longer than cooking convenience food and the flavours are not even comparable. Plus, it's far better for you.
