Alonelywriter is just practising his or her English I think. It is not uncommon for posters- usually in India I think- to do this. Sometimes posters posts a few bland replies to get established and then start spamming something after a few days but this doesn't seem to be the case here. So harmless I think.
Oddly though, this poster has had an avatar on their profile from the start but for some reason it isn't appearing on posts yet.
