Dell Laptop Not Working

Hi all,

I've got a Dell Latitiude laptop. I tried switching it on, and it came up with a 'Windows system error' (or something like that).

It now won't switch on at all. When I plug in the charger, the light on the charger starts flashing.

Any ideas all ?

I think you should contact Dell technicians or experts.
