I wonder why they can and I cannot

I've managed to win £25 - into the holiday fund.
I use a Kindle Fire to check my numbers each month.

I don't use the app, I just go to the national savings website and use the prize checker link. It remembers my holder's number if I put in the first digit. I tried the app but didn't like it for some reason.

I've won £75 this month, 3 x £25.
I hope you've won too.

Thanks to carrot’s advice I just checked and won 2x £25. That’s £175 return in 2 months.
