Magners in Ireland is called Bulmers Original. Bulmers in the Uk (a completely different company) produce Strongbow, Scrumpy Jack and Woodpecker. I don't think the two companies are connected and indeed they are strong competitors, its just the Bulmer's brand name that has been sold. The bottle of Bulmers original, if brewed in Ireland will be the same brew. Just to complicate things, the UK company is, or has plans to market a cider called Bulmers Original. The UK stuff is an industrial process more resembling a chemical works and has probably never seen an apple.
