Have downloaded amazon photos app on ipad air and installed. But only first 10 photos have uploaded despite it saying upload complete. Please can anyone help. Many thanks.

Does anyone know why am not able to upload all photos from my amazon photos app on my ipad air? Get last ones and middle ones.
A mazon said to unistall app on ipad and reinstall but made no difference.Any help p l ease?
