Carl "nick" Beech
IF the allegations against Beech are true (and I fervently believe they are) I sincerely hope he goes away for a very long time.

Just after Beech's lies were exposed I heard Harvey Proctor being interviewed on LBC and the poor man was in pieces at being falsely accused of something so evil.
Thoughts?
(Thoughts, that is, assuming the question isn't pulled - I asked a very similar question last year about Beech (the story was in the public domain) and the question was yanked. No, me either!).

// A separate investigation by Northamptonshire Police then quickly unravelled Beech's allegations //
Mistakes were obviously made. Costly mistakes, in financial terms and in the reputations of a lot of good men.
Has the Met Detective (or anyone else), been sacked for wasting all that money? Has anyone been demoted, sent for retraining or at all been reprimanded for getting it all so wrong?
When something is so badly done, but there are no repercussions for the failure, then no one will learn, and it will happenagain.

I remember watching a documentary about this a few years ago.
An alleged victim was interviewed, (assumed name, presumably Beech, fuzzy picture), and spoke among other things, about someone being run over deliberately. Even back then, the police had found no evidence of this.
Also “contributing” extensively to the programme was an ex social worker. A sleazy little man who was filmed in his filthy squalid bedsit. He also claimed all the allegations were true.
I hope he gets bought to justice too.
Wasn’t Leon Britton accused, but died without being told that charges wouldn’t be bought against him?
I also remember an interview with Harvey Proctor. These lies had destroyed his life.
People that make false allegations like this should be severely punished.

I’ve just seen on the news that Carl Beech has convictions for voyeurism and being a paedophile.
So the slime ball is actually guilty of doing the things he falsely accused others of.
Although not in the link, on the BBC news, it was also said that he had received £22k fromThe Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
