Film Software?

Hey Guys hope you are all "a" okay. I have some footage i want to host online bu I want to spice it up a bit i.e dub some of the talking and add some basic graphics. Does anyone know the name of a software similar like this? if so where can I download it for? By the way I am of a student wage so it has to be free if possible. Many thanks!!!!

If you're using Windows XP, it already comes with Windows Movie Maker which is fairly decent for free!
