CD Label software

I had a programme for making CD labels and sleeves, but it was wiped during a virus removal. The fron page looked like an old-fashioned grey-blue radio set, with black buttons you clicked to find the section you wanted. I'd love to get it back - does anyone know what this programme is called?

I know we're two years on, but the very best CD label prog. I've encountered is without doubt one called 'DISCUS' by Magic Mouse Software (for PC or Mac) -click on the link below....
