Email Problems

I have noticed I've had no emails in my inbox sin ce last week. But I've had no end in my junk box.
I've just sent two test ones. There was an answer in my junk box that said unable to deliver from daemon.
What can I do please?

I'll guess that you're using your iPad and the default email app which comes with it. (If not, please provide details of the device you're using and whether you're using a dedicated mail app or web-based access).

The simplest way to solve such problems is usually to delete the email account ( https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/kb/delete-email-account-ipad/) and then to create it again. Don't worry, you WON'T lose any existing emails; you're only deleting the account SETTINGS, not actual emails.

Chris I am using my iPad. I don't know what you mean by the default email app that comes with it. I am using a gmx account if that helps.

I can see how to delete my email, but I don't know how to create another one!

1ozzy is it the same for iPad. Sorry I am not very good with techno things.
Yes, it may vary slightly depending on the model Ipad you have but basically the site shows the info you need to enter.

Before you delete your current email info try creating a new one using a different name, if it works then go ahead as per Buens instructions.
