You need to know the PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) of the bolt holes, as well as there being four of them.
There is a web site which gives all wheel parameters for a given car. All I can suggest is that you do a tedious look-up until you find a wheel with your parameters.
do you know what car it was originally for? if so you can look up the PCD and centre hole diameter here:

then you can use the "by tyre size/rim size" to determine other care it will fit.
