bit of a manky situation.... my dog has some sort of discharge from his nether regions. is this an infection or isit semen? he has never encountered a female so he is still a virgin. it is a greyish colour but when it dries its a pale green ewwww. he also lick himself alot and his breath sometimes smells fishy....... omg its mingin!

Unlikely to be semen, I should give vet a ring, bit of an infection I expect.
Don't worry all Male dogs get it it's just lubrication it comes out of the end of the willy covering and if they don't clean themselves up you can see it. just be warry of him when he shakes though as it will fly off . hope that helps you :-)
its called balenitits think thats how you spell it perfectly normal for the un neutered male dog its just dirty though init
