Can You Hire Heavies?

Got some neighbours who misbehave. He/she goes into their gardens and take a huge ghetto-blaster with them, which they turn up loud.

A few years ago, I would have done it myself, but now feel the need for assistance - can you hire 'heavies' for this sort of job?

That's ok Baldric..... Once I thought you an upstanding member of the community on here, as you live in my neck of the woods....but somehow I saw you 'turn' dunno why or how. Why don't you wish people to like you? Why do you make them turn against you on here? Shame really....
