What Is "bull Brand"

Found in my garage a little bottle of Bull Brand. What is it??

Back in the day when i used to smoke and roll my own, Bull Brand were a cheaper version of Rizlas. They also did cigarette tips.

Could you describe the bottle more , Bull Brand do their own lighter fuel but that would be in a metal container.

There's a chrome spigot sticking out and it looks like the type of spigot one would fill a gas lighter with!! So that's it then cause when I shoved the spigot against the table leg, gas shot out.. For Funks Sake,here's me thinking it was summat valuable!!!! Cheers everyone
