^^^ I agree, Tilly2, but sometimes the information which actually does get provided doesn't help much either!
For example, someone might post a question which basically says little more than 'My email isn't working'. So I'll ask them to let us know the type of device that they're using (PC, iPad, Android phone, etc) and whether they're accessing their mail via their web browser or through a dedicated email app.
On many, many occasions I've had such questions answered with this 'helpful' reply: "I just click on it"
Grrr!!!
