I read about this man the other day, he's just been released. I couldn't believe what he's done and that he's been released years later. Can someone do this kind of thing and gain normality??

A common statement is that a whole life sentence should be imposed more frequently for the most heinous crimes.

Even then there is still no guarantee that when such an order is made that will be the case.

In fact, I believe this has happened in four instances where the Home Secretary reviewed the cases. Three were IRA criminals released under the GFA and I think the other was one of the Kray twins.
