I've just watched the Maysles brothers documentary on the Rolling Stones at Altamont and in the credits it lists a George Lucas as one of the camera men. Is it the great bearded one? I guess the timing and location would be about right, California 69 ......

In addition to the documentary "Gimme Shelter" he is also credited as camera operator for the 1966 film "Grand Prix" starring James Garner.
