(2nd attempt) When using a Spanish landline to dial an English mobile, do I have to dial the 0044 prefix or just the mobile's number starting with 07? Thank you.

You will need to dial the 0044 as the phone is connected by the UK phone system, don't forget that you will need to drop the initial zero from the mobile's number ie. 0044 7****
