Can any one help with the final 4 questions of a quiz.
First 3 are flowers
1. The guiding light
2. Smells nice between the hills (poss Lily of the valley )
3. Perhaps the rising sun
Fourth clue is for a UK place name -
4. archbishop of Canterbury maybe (poss Welby but it’s a really small place so wondered if there is somewhere more obvious)
Thanks ever so
1. could be Sunflower, 2. Lily of the Valley, sounds right. 4. A few to choose from; Michael Ramsey, John Stafford, Thomas Arundel, Simon Sudbury, John de Stratford.
Thank you for the various answers. I have decided to go with
1. Polaris - guiding light
2. Lily of the Valley - smells nice between the hills
3. Morning Glory - perhaps the rising sun
4. Still stuck on a UK place name for ‘ Archbishop of Canterbury maybe’
I’m happy with answers one and two but if anyone has any suggestions for numbers 3 and 4 I would still be grateful
Previous Archbishops of Canterbury have been Peckham, Sudbury, Arundel and Stafford. Amongst other more obscure names that are more areas such as Deane and Ramsey.
