Ear Pieces

out walking with dog last night and a fella came walking by obviously listening to something - however - they were just literally ear pieces - no wires, no other obvious thing.

How has he charged them or whatever he has to do - my cousin would like something like that for her to train in the gym in the mornings and they would be very handy for her.

They are called Apple EarPods and they have a little case for charging them.

...the ones made by Apple are Apple Air Pods....ones made by other manufactureres are not!

fabulous - don't think cousin would pay that much however - can you get radio on them - like not recorded per se

also cousin doesn't have a iphone or any kind of phone for that matter so wouldn't be beneficial to her, I still think they're great.

right - just thinking - my nephew,wife and their family were with me on Sunday. But oldest lad 11 was excited about buying "headphones" that afternoon.

Now I think this is what he has been going to buy as he was spending £150. Lucky him.

Remember I'm not techie - with the air pods do I need to buy a special phone or MP3 or whatever to match these air pods

I really only want the air pods to work with a radio - that's all - I don't want anything else.

Yes you could get radio on them, because they connect to your phone! You can also have phone conversations with them in.

Airpods are apple - these are expensive and may only work with apple

You can get other types of cordless earphones that are not apple products.

the airpods will only work with radio, if you are using them to listen to a device that can play radio (like a phone)

They certainly would be, u less you had a blue tooth radio.

Anyhow, you can get portable radios and a normal set of head phones, and you’re good to go JJ
