He was found guilty once, then the original conviction was quashed, then he was found guilty a second time. Maybe if he hadn't, you know, actually done it, then he wouldn't have been found guilty?

He was sentenced to nine months. Then the period he had already spent in prison was deducted.

Naomi, the sentence was 9 months but he will do less time due to time served in prison.
After time served and parole the total should be about 10 weeks. Hope he gets HMP Ford.
danny, I know - but quoting '9 months' gives the wrong impression. He isn't going to prison for 9 months.
