I Hate Cooking Dinner!

What on earth do you all do every night?? I hate think8ng up ideas for meals! Personally I’d be happy with a bowl of soup every night but I have a husband and teenager who come in from work and would happily eat a herd of wilderbeest! Their appetites are insane. How do you all come up with different meal ideas every night??

I bought frozen jackets once...primarily because fresh are often in packs of 4. Not always practical for 1 person. They weren't bad.

I recently bought some frozen jacket potatoes, wasn't expecting much, but found them to be surprisingly good.

I don't use baking potatoes.
