Hi my fridge seems to be constantly on never shutting down, even though I’ve turned down the settings to the almost lowest mark, what could the problem be and how do I fix it?

No it just never seems to shut off, I don’t know if it’s a prob with thermostat
Do you have a thermometer on it (or separately) to see what the temperature is?
Foxyferret has been experiencing a similar problem recently. See if anything here helps you:

Are you sure the 'lowest mark' is not a setting for the 'lowest temperature'. Try setting it to the other end of the scale before spend money on getting it repaired.
If the refrigerator is arranged in the modern way using a "remote" cooling element with a fan circulating the air within the cabinet past that element then, even if the cooling circuit works properly, you may have a fan problem. As you open the cabinet you should hear a fan stop turning, it will then start up again as you close the door. Even if you hear a motor stop and restart, it is important that the impeller turns with it - you need to hear the "air hum" as well as just the fainter motor hum. I once suffered a impeller detachment so that even though the motor still turned the impeller did nothing much - I had to buy a new impeller that gripped the motor axle properly. You need to check both: Cooling circuit actually cooling adequately, and that the air circulation within the cabinet works correctly. The model and age of your fridge is important information for people to be able to advise you more precisely.
*an impeller detachment
How often do you open the door? Is the motor running first thing in the morning ie the fridge door hasn’t been opened all night

The food is ok and the door is always closed I make sure
I'll never understand why people don't buy a fridge thermometer...at least you know exactly what's what as far as food safety is concerned.
