Hi I cannot seem to get the playback on my phone. Not sure if I am doing things right.

1. Look for bar code
2. Download app
3. Hold phone camera over bar code
4. Ping sound when camera photos bar code
5. App will open on phone

Yes have done all that and got the app just can’t seem to be able to view playback of recordings.

Seems my broadband speed not fast enough to use this function.

App works on my iphone, huawei phone, samsung tablet & Dell laptop for me.

Delete your download & start again. When menu shows, scroll down to bar code & hover camera over for ping.

Thanks for your help tamborine. Tried that but still the same. Do you have a fast broadband speed?

Am on BThub6 with download 14 upload 2.93, that doesnt seem too good to me.

Have you tried punching in swann reg number on menu instead of bar code eg type number into Notes/reminders/Contacts where it can be copy & paste for swann menu.

Is your app Swannview link?

Yes this time I did the long number instead of scan still no difference.. I too am on bt hub 6. Also I cannot get the email alerts to work. It always comes up error on trial email. My app is homesafe view..

I have been trying to get it on my laptop also a dell but not sure where to download from. I have it on iPad and iPhone but none will playback.

Delete homesafe view & use SwannView Link. Then 1 - 5 as below.

Been trying that one but been told it won’t work with my system homesafe is recommended. I cannot get swannview to connect. Been trying to get help from Swann. Why is it not so simple as it states must be me.
