Is there a site I can compare prices of a single item on - say organic steak - from the major supermarkets

It's not just Tesco, Ric.ror. Covers all major supermarkets.

You have a choice of about 15 outlets on that site you click on to the supermarket you want.

If it's a branded products (not a supermarket own- brand) if you click on an item, there's a list of stores and the prices they charge.

For own-brands, if you click on the "Tesco" in the bottom bar, you have the option of changing the store.

Oh - I see
It was organic steaks and they’re stores own so that was why I was only getting one store
