My best friend dilemma -long story but plz help

Hi, im 19 yrs old, just need some advice on boy problems and need someone to tell me how to deal with it, at the min i can admit im not dealing with it propaly at all. 2 yrs ago i became mates with a lad 1 yr older then me. we worked together and got on great and flirted loads, my mates all sed we both liked each other but he had a gf and i only saw him as a mate. then we began getting a lot closer as mates

This site really doesn't make it easy to ask and respond to questions which is clearly a disatrous marriage of form & function. It drives me quite insane.
