In my opinion and also the government's opinion (see Operation YellowHammer) and the opinion of more or less everybody who has taken the trouble to analyse the probable effects of a No Deal Brexit. It's not like I don't have support from actual sources. Deriding evidence-based statements as "in your opinion" is fairly meaningless.
I'm happy to have my opinion corrected if evidence can be provided to explain why actually No Deal is beneficial, why the UK will be strengthened by threatening it, why carrying it out will resolve the issue, etc.

// Jim, //It's not like I don't have support from actual sources.//
I've seen some of the sources you offer - and your tactics in offering them. Not a word ..... //
Say what you mean, for crying out loud. I've offered official documents, news articles, economics papers, etc etc. What the hell are my "tactics", other than sharing what I regard to be evidence?
And, in the meantime, where are your sources?

Gromit, from your favourite, the Guardian.
//Brussels is preparing to offer Boris Johnson a no-deal Brexit extension beyond 31 October in an attempt to help him keep the Conservative party together and provide one more chance to strike an agreement deal.//
... according to an 'EU diplomat'. Another mystery - but a far cry from 'no more negotiating'.
Along with others similarly wonky, I'll file your deliberations on this subject in my file marked 'J'.

Who is "Brussels" ? Boris has had 1 to 1 one talks with various leaders, those of Germany, France & Ireland & possibly others - these are the main players, not an anonymous EU official

Dominic Cummings was quoted in the DT as saying that the “negotiations/discussions” were a sham.
Rumour has it Johnson or one of his staff rang the paper to tear them off a strip for publishing it. They are after all the official party organ more or less.
Interesting to hear the DUP pleading for talks with the Irish government. Oh how times change!

Philip Lee's constituency in Bracknell voted 52% to Leave the EU . On 1st June 2019 his local Conservative Association passed a motion of no confidence in him because of his stance on Brexit . He jumped before he was pushed . He would have been sacked from the Conservative Party anyway when he votes against the Government anyway. Good riddance. Now bring on the G.E. and enter stage right the leading light Farage. Do the pact, to not contest constituents where the sitting M.P has followed the wishes of those who elected them, and sweep the board of all the broken pieces on an election that is based on Brexit or not. Just like the Remainiacs have been asking for since 2016. How many times were they warned about being careful what they wished for? Haha.
