any idea on what to do with them, my friend gave me a load fresh out the garden but I'm not a bit potato eater and I've run out of ideas
i've had, pot salad, steamed, sauteed, thrown at the cat, roasted, croquet balls, crushed.
Im not convinced about freezing them in their current state, any other storage ideas or fantastic uses
I look like a potato now.

Parboil spuds until almost ready. Drain. Have ready a frying-pan with warm oil in it.
Roll spuds in oil and sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and mixed herbs. Turn up heat (not too hot to burn herbs) and finish cooking. Tasty!
