We too have had a marvellous day so far, more to come as it’s her indoors birthday & I have something special planned later.
We sat by the river with a bottle of fizz, and the dog, waved to the boaters and paddle boarders, chatted to the great unwashed as they meandered by and generally had a jolly good time.
My darling is now imbibing a rather large G&at and will shortly make herself presentable to be taken to a rather lovely venue for a tasting menu dinner, with wine flight, to round of a spectacular birthday. I do love the old girl, she’s worth it ;)
