Unlikely; it ain't that effective. It'd help you make the effort to be more confident, it doesn't force you to be. It's still your choice what to tackle.
Sounds interesting OG. A rather win win concept though, either placebo or it actually works?
I'm wanting more confidence in myself and abilities would hypnosis to help that be potentially dangerous in the sense.. I may become an egotistical ***?
Not your cup of tea I guess but a spell in the forces or other disciplined organisation will generally build up confidence in a being.
They can actually teach the dumbest where danger lies and how to minimise the risk or avoid. A Trapezium race tones up the capabilities or the Jungle Walkway. :-)
A friend of mine is an actress. When she's "resting", she does barwork.
The trouble is, she's terribly self-conscious and shy. She gets around this simply by "acting" the character of a barmaid.
Since it's performance, she can carry it off easily.
Strange isn’t it, I’ve never lacked in self confidence, always thought maybe delusional that I can do or achieve anything. Though lacking ambition and competitiveness, plus an inclination to indolence haven’t excelled in life.
I wonder if it’s nature or nurture that gives us self worth.
