The Christmas crap is creeping in the shops, a few more thousand tons of rubbish to get rid of in January. Its coming by the boat load from China.

I know, I went round my local Home Bargains earlier this week and you couldn't move for Christmas stuff. Way too early imo.
I think that after Guy Falkes/Bonfire night is too early but to be expected, as for starting now is ridiculous. Are Easter eggs on the shelves yet... I'll give it a couple more days.
Just come back from Tesco - loads of Christmas sweets, chocolates etc, out.
When I worked at Woolies the Christmas stuff went out as the Easter stuff went away.

The pallet loads of Quality street blocking the door ways at Tesco. I'm sure its a race to see who can get them out first.
I’m a Christmassy person, love it but even I think it’s way too soon for the stuff appearing

They're not daft, these retailers. They know fine well that if you buy a tub of chocolates today you'll have to buy them again because you'll have eaten them.
Two weeks ago I saw mince pies for sale in M&S. The best before date was in October.
Mince pies were on sale in our local Tescos two weeks ago here also. I noticed them because they were on special offer, 89p for six!!
Oi! Stop going on about mince pies, you lot!

I love them but I'm not allowed them until the consultant takes me off this low potassium diet :(

Boo hoo!
Mince pies and fig rolls are my favourite but diabetes put a stop to them a few years ago, Bueno.
That Xmas music is torture.
