The baby in the drain.

Does anyone remember some time ago, seeing an item on the news about a baby that had been found dead in a drain near it's home?

The parents were arrested but released without charge, then the grandmother was charged with a minor offence.

Did anything else happen in this case and what were the reasons for the baby being dead in the drain?

A post-mortem examination proved inconclusive

That's all I could find apart from that they were to appear at Birmingham Crown Court for a plea hearing on 19 April. Can't find anything since.
