Hi Amara not had a good week been cheating abit. think i've got a slipped disk in my lower spine was at the hospital this morning having xrays of my spine and pelvis. gotta wait 7 days for the results. been trying to keep my mind of it by setting up my shop. had take away once this week but didnt enjoy it. think ive stayed the same weight. back to eating better 2moro. thx for asking hun

sorry, you haven't had such a good week otherwise though - how is you're back feeling, or are you blotting it out with pain killers?

staying the same isn't bad though - much better than putting on - I've definitely started to put it back on though - I haven't been to my class for about 6 weeks - gotta stop eating junk again!!

painkillers are my friend at the moment.
with the weight i just feel like im surviving, just going from 1 day 2 the next. got my honeymoon in october, well was our honeymoon, until her ex took his time with the divorce papers now we cant get married till ext year, bummer (i call my other half my wife as we have been living together now for nearly 5 years) so its now next year had to cancel hotel cake photo's limo. flowers everything, but hey ur more than welcome to come "A" and anyone else that i talk 2 on here or myspace. enough waffling from me for now. take care all nite nite
