rebooking travel with ryanair

i was supposed to fly with ryanair yesterday, flight was cancelled, I am trying to rebook via the website but i always get a 'server busy' message. All phone numbers lead to a recorded message, or to three rings and then nothing. Just wondering if anyone has managed to successfully rebook and it is just mega busy or if there is just something wrong with their server. can't find out anything from anywhere!!! it is times like this that their non-existent customer service really bites.

Ryanair is notorious for this kind of ****-poor customer service. Its non existant basically. What I suggest that you do is to visit your local Citizen's Advice Bureau office and you will be able to talk to someone there for free, who will be able to assist you further.
